About The Ships:
We are giving away four(4) Eve Online ships made of resin. These ships are already painted to match the ships from in-game.

About The Sweepstakes:
This drawing will last for 4 weeks, each week will be choosing a winner and giving away 1 ship. We will list what ship we will be giving away each week. After we have chosen the winner for the week, we will post his/her name or username on our website. Each ship will last for one week.

How To Enter:
To enter to win, all you have to do is buy an eve time code. 1 code = 1 entry. 20 codes = 20 entries.

Shipping: We will pay to ship these ships anywhere in the world.

We will take all of the Eve codes for the week, put it in a text editor. Once all of the codes are in the text editor we will have an employee pick a random number, we find out which customer purchased that code and we will contact you via email. We will also put your name or user name on our website so that we verify that we are giving these prizes to real people. We will ask you in the email how you would like to be identified on the winners page.

Drawing Rules:

1. Entry. It is the responsibility of the drawing participant to enter their name in the drawing. Participation is voluntary. Should you wish to enter the drawing, simply purchase at least one Eve Game Time Code. The drawing can be found online at: http://contest.shatteredcrystal.com/eve-online/eve-online-ships-giveaway/ . If you wish to not participate you can opt out by responding to the winning notification email that we send out. We will then choose a new winner for that week.

2. Limitations. There is no limitation. 1 code = 1 entry, or 20 codes = 20 entries, You get the idea. If multiple entries are received from any individual, all are eligible to win a ship. Only those who buy Eve Game Time from Shattered Crystal are eligible for the drawing.

3. Prizes. Winners will receive one (1) of 4 Eve Online Battle Ships. Specific prizes are as follows:

• One $125 Amarr Apocalypse – EVE Battleship Collection
• One $125 Caldari Raven – EVE Battleship Collection
• One $125 Gallente Megathron – EVE Battleship Collection
• One $125 Minmatar Tempest – EVE Battleship Collection

4. Odds of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the number of completed Eve Game Time purchases received.

5. Availability.

5.1. The first drawing will be open to eligible participants on Monday, February 15th, 2010 and will close at midnight pacific time(-8 GMT) on Sunday, February 21st, 2010.

5.2. The second drawing will open Monday, February 22nd 2010 and will close Sunday, February 28th 2010.

5.3. The third drawing will open Monday, March 1st and will close Sunday, March 7th 2010.

5.4. The final drawing will open Monday, March 8th 2010 and will close Sunday, March 14th, 2010.

5.5. A randomly generated list of prize winners will be compiled within seven (7) days of the close of each drawing. The closing date may be extended at the discretion of Shattered Crystal, LLC., with notification of that extension posted on the drawing website. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing. Shattered Crystal, LLC. is not responsible or liable for lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. In order to receive the prize, you must advise the Administrator of the address to which the prize should be sent. If any of the winners do not reply to such notification within 7 days of date on prize notification, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Eve Online Battle Ships will be mailed to winners within two weeks (fourteen days) of acknowledgement of acceptance.

6. Eligibility. The sweepstakes is open to any customer of ShatteredCrystal.com who purchases Eve Online Game Time. Winners must be at least 18 years of age or have parent’s permission. Only one individual per drawing is eligible to win. Customers must have an account in good standing position.

7. Limits of Liability. Shattered Crystal, LLC. will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Shattered Crystal, LLC. will not assume liability for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected drawing submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or otherwise. Shattered Crystal, LLC does not assume liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind, failures of any telephone computer line or network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Entry data that has been tampered with or altered is void. Shattered Crystal, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the drawing at any time if the shatteredcrystal.com website integrity of the drawing is compromised in any way and in such event, to select the winners from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.

8. Winner Responsibilities. Winners are solely responsible for responding to the email sent out by Shattered Crystal LLC. with their name and address. If the winner does not respond within 7 days with their name and address, a new winner will be chosen for that weeks drawing.
